The Collection

The list is curated. Each course is intentionally selected. Architecture, character, and public access give the collection its purpose.

The Scouting

The scouting is public. Golfers document the course they played through a common Scout Report. Every report contributes equally to the Dirt Poor Score.

The Score

The Dirt Poor Score brings architecture, price, and the playing experience into one measure. It recognizes rich golf that remains attainable.

The Scout’s Code

  1. Every report strengthens the public ledger.
  2. Scout the course you played, not the one you hoped to play.
  3. Reward architecture over reputation.
  4. Price matters.
  5. Every course on this list earned its place.
  6. Rich golf belongs to everyone.
